Ya conocéis a Phoenix. Ese grupo de Versalles que tiene un aire fresco y lleno de energias. Y es que estos chicos desprenden fuerza en todas sus canciones. El Rock alternativo que hacen es perfecto para estos fines de semana, donde, al menos por aqui, ya asoma el sol con más fuerza y la gente parece de mejor humor y con ganas de divertirse... O solo me pasa a mi ;-) ! ?

PD: La canción de hoy, 1901, sirvió de BSO de la película New York I Love You... un remake de Paris Je T'aime, que la verdad, no esta nada mal :-) Recomendación !

Phoenix

Hoy nos vamos a dar un salto a la vieja Francia, concretamente al conocido barrio de Versalles donde un grupo de jóvenes formaron una fantástica banda de Rock Alternativo. Phoenix dio el gran salto gracias al participar en la Banda Sonora de la película de Sofia Coppola "Lost In Translation" [ película recomendadísima por mi parte ^_^ ! ]. Este grupo que tiene grandes influencias electrónicas de finales de los 80' hace un sonido bastante característico que los ha llevado a ganar reconocimiento por la prensa musical especializada. Así les dejo hoy con el tema "Lisztomania" de su ultimo álbum "Wolfang Amadeus Phoenix" editado este 2009.

Jeje, siempre que oigo esta canción me acuerdo cuando me mude al nuevo piso este verano e ir cantando por la autopista con la música a tope xD Es increíble todo lo que evoca una canción : ) !
